Myrcella’s ship to Dorne
In an effort to win Dorne over to the side of House Lannister in the War of the Five Kings, her uncle Tyrion offers to marry her to Trystane Martell, Prince Doran’s youngest son. The offer is accepted and Princess Myrcella, accompanied by Ser Arys Oakheart of the Kingsguard, set sail for Braavos, where they will be met by an escort from Dorne (x).
Archway along the Boneway
The Boneway is a major pass that runs through the Red Mountains, connecting Dorne and the Stormlands. The name may be a colloquial name, with the ‘Stone Way’ being its official name. Its Dornish side is guarded from the castle Yronwood, the seat of House Yronwood, which holds the title of Warden of Stone Way (x)
Tyene Sand’s tower cell, Sunspear
After the death of their father by Ser Gregor Clegane, the oldest of the Sand Snakes, Obara, Nymeria and Tyene, began to pressure Doran Martell to declare war in retribution, and became involved in various plots to effect the same, including agitating the Dornish populace. Concerned that their efforts would undermine his own schemes, Prince Doran had the oldest ones confined to tower cells in Sunspear, with the exception of Sarella, who was in Oldtown. The youngest four, however, were isolated in the Water Gardens with their mother, to prevent them from being used in the plots of others and drawing Dorne into a war (x).
